As the CX Transformation Director for DecisivEdge, Kevin’s responsible for our Lending & Leasing clients and clients of our Customer Transformation services.

He has over three decades of international leadership experience in building sustainable operations solutions in the automotive, healthcare, and financial services industries. Prior to joining DecisivEdge, Kevin led operations at J.D. Byrider, and held global leadership positions at Cigna, HSBC, and MBNA.

He holds degrees in business and economics from the University of Maine, Thomas College and the University of New Hampshire.
